We understand that you may need to cancel your booking due to UK Government travel restrictions. As such we offer a Covid-19 guarantee on all of our bookings and can either issue a full refund or transfer your booking to a later date.

 

Good to Go

We are accredited by Visit Scotland, The National Tourist Organisation of Scotland, as ‘Good to Go’. This means we have confirmed that we have followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, ensuring processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social/physical distancing.

Risk Assessment

We are a member of the Association of Scotland’s Self-Caterers (ASSC) and in line with guidelines from them we have conducted a detailed Risk Assessment to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. We will continually review our Risk Assessment to take into account any changes in guidelines or legislation.

Cleaning

We have a system in place for cleaning and sanitising adapted from the ASSC cleaning protocol for self-catering which has been endorsed by the Scottish Government.

Our housekeepers – Help Management - have all completed training in Covid-19 Holiday Let Cleaning Protocols. Where appropriate we are using hospital grade disinfectants that comply with EN 14476. We wear appropriate PPE and follow our strict cleaning protocol and checklist. We also provide appropriate cleaning materials and disinfectants within the property for you to use during your stay.

Arrival and Departure

We have a no-touch check-in and check-out process so you can access the Treehouse without direct contact with us. All relevant access information and COVID- 19 advice will be sent to you in advance.
